Dr. Vincent Chong
Dr. Vincent Chong was formerly (retired) Professor of Radiology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. During his career stints in the health and academic services, he was awarded scholarships to do master’s degrees in business administration (MBA, NUS) and education (MHPE, Maastricht University). He has a keen interest in music, nature, and travelling.
Dr. Ling Sing Lin
Dr. Ling Sing Lin is a medical doctor by training. She worked in the Ministry of Health Headquarters for many years in policy making and administrative positions, until her retirement.
Dr. Tan It Koon
Before retirement, Dr Tan It Koon was, among many appointments, Head of Clinical Biochemistry at SGH’s Dept of Pathology. He was the Deputy Chairman of the National Theatre Trust and Chairman for Grants and Scholarships of the Spore Cultural Foundation. He received the National Day Awards, PBM, and PPA, for his contribution to cultural and community development and excellence in Public Administration.
Dr. Cheong Pak Yean

Dr. Hong Hai
Dr. Hong Hai was formerly Professor and Dean of the College of Business, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Chief Executive of Haw Par Corporation, and a Member of the Singapore Parliament. He is currently Adjunct Professor at NTU and practices Chinese medicine at the Renhai Clinic. His recent books include The Rule of Culture (Routledge 2020), Pursuing the Elixir of Life (World Scientific 2017), and Principles of Chinese Medicine (Imperial College 2016).
