After months of searching, I finally found the large “Hundred Flowers Design” cloisonné plate I acquired from the Beijing Friendship Arts & Craft Store, which I visited in the early 1980s. The brilliant colours and beautiful floral designs of the plate attracted me. It is the largest of hand-crafted cloisonné plates and is rarely available. The plate is heavy in solid bronze and inlaid with enamelled pastes. Due to its large size, I have not found a suitable place for proper display.
Please enjoy the colourful floral plate, a turquoise vase with purple flowers, and a pair of cloisonné teacups with lids on an oval-shaped tray.
