I was out with our good friend for a street photo shoot in Little India yesterday. We have not gone out for photoshoots for a long time, as we have embarked on a part-time job keeping him busy. So, as yesterday was his off day, we took the opportunity to go out shooting.
Though we have been to Little India several times, this is the first time we have gone in on foot to walk the little streets within. We were amazed by the colourful architecture. They are from the old days of Singapore, painted in vibrant colours for the community. It was another good walk, roaming the small streets on a hot afternoon.
We started at Little India MRT, walked to Little India, right up to Mustafa and then to Bugis for a delicious bowl of Chendol at Malaysia Boleh. We continued to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, where we parted and left for home.
It is such an exciting place that I will probably revisit it for another round of photoshoots. I believe there is more to see. Indeed, there are spots that I have missed.
