Let me share another of my paintings titled 《Morning Song at a Water Village》. This painting features a morning scene. It captures one of many beautiful idyllic scenes I encountered while travelling to the various ancient water villages in China. It shows at sunrise, a resident is already washing clothes on the steps leading to the river. You can see another resident walking down the steps with a clothes basket. Five small boats are starting their journey on the river. The boat ride is a readily available means of travel and transportation in the water villages where houses are built along rivers and waterways. In this painting, you can also see children crossing a stone bridge with adults or having a friendly conversation at a distance. Please enjoy the photo file containing many picturesque scenes of several water villages.
